Pooja Bedi’s Marriage Going to Take Place After 15 Years

Pooja Bedi recently got engaged to her boyfriend Maneck Contractor, and the marriage is going to take place later this year. Maneck proposed to Pooja on Valentine’s Day (February 14) as he took her on a hot-air balloon ride. Pooja loved the surprise from her boyfriend.

In an interview with Times of India, Pooja opened up about her relationship and revealed that the wedding will take place once she knows about her daughter Aalia Furniturewalla’s shooting dates and the schedule of her son Omar Furniturewalah’s college holidays.

Pooja Bedi married Farhan Ebrahim Furniturewalla in 1990, but their marriage didn’t last long and the couple divorced in 2003.

Pooja said she  have had relationships in between and her kids have liked every person that she have been with. But it is very different with Maneck , her kids they adore him and want him in their lives forever, which is a wonderful feeling as a single parent. Pooja’ children are happy that she is settling down finally .Pooja seems to be in a very happy space now.

Speaking about her relationship with Maneck, Pooja said Maneck and her have known each other since our boarding-school days. He was three years her senior. Though they weren’t that familiar with each other back then, they always had common friends. Last year, he posted about his new venture in Goa on a chat group, and she went there to review it. That was how they reconnected.

Pooja has taken almost 15 years to find the perfect match for her. Speaking about the same, she said, every time you are in a relationship, you hope that this is the one. However though  when you meet the person you are written to be with, you don’t hope, you just know that he is the one and only . The beauty of our relationship is that it has been effortless in every way. Our families have merged beautifully. He has a wonderful heart, and  jovial, Parsi family, who welcomed mealong with my kids warmy . My kids, too, love him. He is too kind and cooks up a storm in the kitchen, which is an incredibly sexy quality i see in men.
